About the Program

The Non-Resident Fellows Program at the Indo-Pacific Studies Center (IPSC) brings together academics, policy experts, and emerging leaders who contribute research, analysis, and strategic ideas on the Indo-Pacific from their home countries and institutions. Fellows participate remotely and shape IPSC’s publications, events, and collaborations.

What Fellows Contribute

  • Write policy briefs, commentaries, and regional updates
  • Participate in IPSC panels, roundtables, and webinars
  • Mentor IPSC interns and Emerging Leaders
  • Lead or co-lead research projects within IPSC labs
  • Represent IPSC in regional networks and collaborations

Eligibility & Expectations

We welcome applicants with experience in international relations, public policy, environmental studies, regional development, or related fields. Fellows are expected to contribute at least one output per quarter and remain actively engaged in the IPSC community.
